Let's talk origin - Bolivia

Let's talk origin - Bolivia" is going to be a casual coffee event where you can take a look behind the scenes of coffee cultivation in Bolivia, green coffee sourcing, and the social-economic aspects involved.

We welcome you at 18.30 at CC Communal Coffee with caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks and our favorite Bolivian snacks. We'd like to highlight the social differences that exist in Bolivia and how coffee producers and exporters alike face them. Jharka, a Berlin-based Bolivian, will be there to tell us more about the work on her family's finca, which is taken care of by her mom and sister in the north of La Paz.

We will also see, in contrast, the work of many small producers who still cultivate their coffee in a quite traditional way and sell it to cooperative or private companies.
